"Exterminate, Regenerate" is the seventh track on the eponymous album by Chameleon Circuit.

Alex came up with the title of this song and sent it to the rest of the band to work on, since he was short of ideas. Liam was originally allocated the track, but Charlie ended up running with it and using an old chord sequence he'd written years previously to finish it. Charlie recorded a demo of the song on his computer to send to the rest of the band so they could hear the track; this first demo is included as a bonus track on the physical CD of the album.
The song is about the constant battle between the Doctor and Davros, creator of the Daleks, with Charlie playing Davros (hence the more electronic voice) and Alex playing the Doctor.
The song appeared on the DFTBA Records compilation album DFTBA Records, Volume One, which was released on the same day as Chameleon Circuit.
Alex has said this is "among his top five favourite songs of all time". The other four are unknown.
